Soil mixing
DEEP FOUNDATIONS
SOIL MIXING
Soil mixing is a method of modifying the soil by mixing a cement grout with the soil in place. The objective is to form modification with mixed elements of soil / cement, panels or columns.

Parameters
On-site instrumentation measures and records in a simple, reliable and precise way:
- Depth
- Inclination
- Pressure, flow and volume of the concrete
- Rotation torque
- Rotation speeds
- Mixing parameters: turns per meter
- Volume per meter
- Deviation of panels or columns

Sensors
The recording of the various parameters and the control are ensured by specific sensors:
- F82 for depth
- VR28I for rotation speed
- C16 400 for torque
- RHTC16 associated with C16 400 for pump parameters
- EDH associated with SP 100 and C16 for pressure, flow and grout volume
- IGH1620 for inclination
- PRAD for column or panel deviation

Controls
Lifting
Rotation
Injection and pump control
