DEEP FOUNDATIONS
INJECTION

The injection of grout into the cavities of the soil or rock is called injection. The type of injection, the quantity, the time and the pressure must be adjusted to the ground or rock conditions and constantly checked.

Injections are also used for the stabilization of soils, rocks and tunnels.

Parameters

On-site instrumentation measures and records in a simple, reliable and precise way:

  • Pump control
  • Flow and volume of the grout
  • Pressure of the grout

Devices

Devices suitable for measuring and recording parameters for injection:

  • DIALOG MX4 (1, 2 and 4 lines)
  • DPV (1 line)
  • BAP (1, 2 and 4 lines)
  • CINTAC (1, 2, 4 and 12 lines)

Sensors

The recording of the various parameters and the control are ensured by specific sensors:

  • EDH for flow rate and grout volume
  • SP 100 associated with C16 50 for grout pressure

Controls

Injection pump control
