Soil mixing

Soil mixing
DEEP FOUNDATIONS
SOIL MIXING

Soil mixing is a method of modifying the soil by mixing a cement grout with the soil in place. The objective is to form modification with mixed elements of soil / cement, panels or columns.

Parameters

On-site instrumentation measures and records in a simple, reliable and precise way:

  • Depth
  • Inclination
  • Pressure, flow and volume of the concrete
  • Rotation torque
  • Rotation speeds
  • Mixing parameters: turns per meter
  • Volume per meter
  • Deviation of panels or columns

Devices

Device suitable for measuring and recording parameters for soil mixing:

  • DIALOG MX4

Sensors

The recording of the various parameters and the control are ensured by specific sensors:

  • F82 for depth
  • VR28I for rotation speed
  • C16 400 for torque
  • RHTC16 associated with C16 400 for pump parameters
  • EDH associated with SP 100 and C16 for pressure, flow and grout volume
  • IGH1620 for inclination
  • PRAD for column or panel deviation

Controls

Lifting

Rotation

Injection and pump control
